The Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office opens at Brooks Stadium three hours prior to kickoff, one hour prior to tip-off at The HTC Center, 90 minutes prior to first pitch at both Springs Brooks Stadium, one hour prior to first pitch at St. John Stadium, and one hour prior to kickoff at the CCU Soccer Stadium.
Accessible Seating |
Wheelchair Seating and Easy Access Seats are available in all ticketed venues on a first-come, first-served basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized mobility scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit.
To obtain Accessible seating for a ticketed athletic event, please contact the Chanticleer Athletic Ticket Office at 843-347-8499 at your earliest convenience. Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST and Friday 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. EST.

Lost/Misplaced Items |
For lost or misplaced season tickets, the Athletics Ticket Office may re-issue tickets to the ticket-holder of record only. For season tickets that have been lost in the mail or stolen, contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499 for replacement information. |
General Ticket Information
There are no refunds or exchanges. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter any Coastal Carolina ticketed athletics event. PHOTO I.D. is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.
All SALES ARE FINAL. Coastal Carolina University Athletics reserves the right to change the date, start time, and location of the event shown on the front of this ticket and no such change shall entitle the holder to a refund or exchange of the purchase price for this or any other Coastal Carolina athletics event. By attending this event, the holder of this ticket assumes all risk, liability, and danger related in any way to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, death, and danger of being exposed to or contracting any form or strain of coronavirus or COVID-19 or any other communicable disease, condition, or malady however defined. Coastal Carolina reserves the right to search any person, their bags, and possessions carried into the event facility. A list of prohibited items is displayed at the entrance to each athletic facility. Tickets obtained from other sources other than Coastal Carolina Athletic outlets may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets, and in such cases, will not be honored and the admission price is non-refundable. WEEKDAY WALK-UP SALES AND WILL CALL
The ticket window at Arcadia Hall is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. A photo I.D. must be presented by the ticket purchaser to pick up Will Call Tickets.
GAMEDAY SALES AND WILL CALL
Will Call tickets that have not been picked up prior to gameday will be available at the venue. Purchasers must present a valid photo I.D. when picking up pre-purchased tickets.
Football: Brooks Stadium Ticket Office is open three hours prior to kickoff and until the third quarter. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Basketball: The HTC Center ticket windows will open one hour prior to tip-off for both sales and will call. The ticket booths remain open until the second half.
Baseball: The ticket booths at Springs Brooks Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
Softball: The will call table at St. John Stadium will open 60 minutes (an hour) prior to first pitch.
Men's Soccer: The will call table at the CCU Soccer Stadium will open 60 minutes (an hour) prior to kickoff.
Women's Soccer: The will call table at the CCU Soccer Stadium will open 60 minutes (an hour) prior to kickoff.
All remaining sports: All other sports do not have a charge for admission for regular-season home contests. Postseason and tournament events may be ticketed with an admittance fee.
TICKET REFUNDS: Ticket refunds are given out ONLY if the home athletic event is canceled for non-COVID-19 related reasons. Refunds are NOT given out for athletic events that are played.
Group Tickets
Group rates start with a minimum of 15 people for all sporting events. For more information or to get started on purchasing group tickets please contact the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499.
Faculty & Staff Tickets
Eligible CCU employees can purchase season tickets for a reduced price. However, if there is a Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF) donation required, that donation must be paid in full before season tickets are mailed. Contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 843-347-TIXX to purchase season tickets. There is a reduced season ticket price available for faculty and staff to all home football, men and women's basketball and baseball games.
CCU Students
Current CCU Students receive FREE admission to ALL home athletic events. Tickets can be claimed HERE or at GoCCUsports.com/StudentTickets.
Address Changes
Please make changes on your renewal form AND include changes to area code, home, business, and/or cell phone numbers as well as e-mail address changes. The deadline to change an address for the football season ticket shipment is July 1. Address changes, in writing, may also be delivered to the Athletic Ticket Office in person, via mail or via fax at 843-234-3436.
CHANTICLEER FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Chanticleer fans are encouraged to wear teal to games and enthusiastically support the Chanticleers in a sportsmanlike fashion. In the spirit of sportsmanship, Chanticleer fans shall:
- Conduct themselves in a manner that represents their university, the Sun Belt Conference, and the NCAA with dignity, honor, and respect
- Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times
- Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning, or intimidating language at any time
- Support the players, coaches, and umpires in a positive manner
- Treat the visiting team, coaches, and fans with courtesy and respect at all times
- Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass, or demeaning
- Refrain from throwing objects onto the field
- Not become inebriated or belligerent
- Refrain from entering the playing field at any time, including after the game
- Be a positive role model for those around them
