Cari Rosiek has served as the associate athletic director for student-athlete enhancement as well as senior woman administrator (SWA) at Coastal Carolina University since 2008. Her responsibilities include the supervision of the following women's teams: basketball, golf, lacrosse, softball, track and field and cross country, and volleyball. Her duties also include oversight of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as well as the directing the student-athlete enhancement program, called "Champions for Life." She also served as the Event Operations Coordinator for the Department of Athletics from 2003-2008.

She earned a bachelor's degree in physical education from Coastal Carolina in 2000.

Rosiek was a four-year letterwinner at Coastal Carolina from 1996-1999 and helped lead the Chanticleers to the Big South Conference Tournament title and the school's first berth in the NCAA Tournament in 1998. She started every game of her career (227) and currently ranks in the top-10 in four single-season categories and in eight career categories for the Chanticleers. With her former coach Jess Dannelly, she was inducted into the University's George F. "Buddy" Sasser Hall of Fame in 2011.

Rosiek has two children: Caulin and Cate. She is originally from Greencastle, Pa.
