Sophomore Kyle Kling was named the Coastal Carolina Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 6.

Kling won the Gamecock Open (5k) on Friday, Sept. 4 at Columbia, S.C. with a time of 15:19.39. Kling improved his time from last year by 44 seconds and was a career personal best. Kling also helped the Chanticleers win as a team with 21 points.
