Chris Johnson Nationwide Insurance Kick For Cash - Saturday, Nov. 14 - Two contestants will have one chance each to kick a football from 35 yards into the bed of a truck to win $25,000. Entry forms can be filled out at one of the following Nationwide Insurance locations: Conway, Pawleys Island and Oak Street.
