The Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office opens at Brooks Stadium four hours prior to kickoff, at Kimbel Arena one hour prior to tipoff, and at Charles L. Watson Stadium two hours prior to first pitch.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair Seating and Easy Access Seats are available in all ticketed venues on a first come, first served basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized mobility scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit.

To obtain Accessible seating for a ticketed athletic event, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 843-347-TIXX at your earliest convenience. Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., EST.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets
For lost or misplaced season tickets, the Athletics Ticket Office may re-issue tickets to the ticket-holder of record only. For season tickets that have been lost in the mail or stolen, contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-TIXX for replacement information.
Young Alumni Program
The Chanticleer Athletics Department Young Alumni Program allows recent graduates the opportunity to purchase season tickets at a reduced rate. Alumni who have earned a degree from Coastal Carolina University on or after March 1, 2006, are eligible.

General Ticket Information

There are no refunds or exchanges. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter any Coastal Carolina ticketed athletics event. PHOTO I.D. is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.

WEEK DAY WALK UP SALES AND WILL CALL
The ticket window at Arcadia Hall is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. A photo I.D. must be presented by the ticket purchaser to pick up Will Call Tickets.

GAMEDAY SALES AND WILL CALL (Please note, the ticket office phones are not manned at Brooks Stadium/Benton Field, Kimbel Arena or Watson Stadium/Vrooman Field)
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter. Will Call tickets that have not been picked up prior to game day will be available at the venue. Purchasers must present a valid photo I.D. when picking up pre-purchased tickets.

Football: Brooks Stadium Ticket Office is open four hours prior to kickoff until the end of the third quarter. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Basketball: Weekday games: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Arcadia Hall, then tickets will be available at Kimbel Arena Will Call one hour prior to tipoff until the 8-minute mark of the second half. Weekend games: one hour prior to tipoff until the 8-minute mark of the second half.

Baseball: Weekday games: 9 a.m. until three hours prior to first pitch at Arcadia Hall; tickets will be available at Charles L. Watson Stadium starting two hours prior to first pitch. Weekend games: tickets can be purchased and picked up starting two hours prior to first pitch at Charles L. Watson Stadium.

Eligible CCU faculty and staff may purchase season tickets for a reduced price; however, if there is a Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF) donation required, that donation must be paid in full before season tickets are mailed. Contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-TIXX to purchase season tickets. There is a reduced season ticket price available for eligible CCU faculty and staff for football, men and women's basketball, and baseball.

Address Changes

Please make changes on your renewal form AND include changes to area code, home, business, and/or cell phone numbers as well as email address changes. The deadline to change an address for football season ticket shipment is July 1. Address changes, in writing, may also be delivered to the Athletics Ticket Office in person, via mail or via fax at 843-234-3436.

We want all event attendees to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending an event, you are required to refrain from the following behaviors:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface).
• Failing to follow instructions of event personnel.
• Verbal or physical harassment of participants, officials, fans or event personnel.

Event attendees are responsible for their conduct. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees who violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.
