"I would like to thank Kristen for her service to Coastal Carolina University," Yurachek said. "Coastal volleyball has experienced its share of success on the court over her 13 years and has certainly been exemplary in the classroom. We look forward to the next chapter in Coastal Carolina volleyball history and, with the new Student Recreation and Convocation Center opening next season, know this opening will generate great interest from across the country."
Bauer began her coaching career at Coastal Carolina in 1999 after serving as an assistant coach at East Tennessee State from 1995-1998.
