Volleyball Freshman Named Big South Freshman of the Week...Again

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Coastal Carolina's Jennifer Hampton was named the Big South Volleyball Freshman of the Week for the fifth time this season, Tuesday afternoon by the conference office.

Hampton averaged 14.1 assists, and 2.1 digs per game in two matches this past week. She had a career high 66 assists in the Saturday's match with Liberty. Hampton only recorded one attack error in 20 attemps for the week.

Hampton and the Lady Chants will return to the court on Friday at Winthrop at 7 p.m.
