Volleyball's Jennifer Hampton named BSC Freshman of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- CCU Volleyball's Jennifer Hampton (Lake Forest, Calif./El Toro H.S.) was named the Big South Conference Freshman of the Week, announced Tuesday afternoon by the conference office. This is the second time Hampton has earned this honor this season.

Hampton averaged 13.57 assists per game in two conference matches last week. She posted 3.3 digs per game and a hitting percentage of .258. She had no hitting errors in 15 attemps versus Radford and 14 digs and two aces against Liberty.

Each week during the season, the Big South Conference will post a weekly volleyball report.
