Nyhof, a middle blocker, posted two double-digit kill matches on the week as Coastal picked up its first League win of the year. After dropping its first match of the week against UNC Wilmington, Nyhof posted 17 kills with a .452 hitting percentage in Coastal's victory against conference foe Charleston Southern, 3-1 on September 23. The next day against Jacksonville, Nyhof blasted 11 kills with a .308 hitting percentage. For the week, Nyhof recorded 35 kills, averaging 2.92 kills per game, while adding 16 digs and four blocks.
On the season, Nyhof is tied for first in kills with 151 in 15 matches averaging 2.7 kills per game. She also has scooped up 70 balls, blocked 22 attacks and served seven aces.
