Volleyball Adds Three to 2015 Roster
CONWAY - Coastal Carolina University head volleyball coach Jozsef Forman announced the addition of three student-athletes to the 2015 roster on Wednesday.
“I am very excited to welcome these three additions to our Chanticleer family,” said Forman. “All three are very talented student-athletes that will provide a positive impact on our program, and I’m looking forward to watching them excel both on the court and in the classroom. Each of them possesses unique assets that will benefit our program, and I think Chanticleer fans will enjoy watching them.”
Position: Def. Specialist
School: Mother McAuley HS
Cahill was a four-year varsity starter at Mother McAuley where she was twice named a Chicago Sun-Times Top 50 Area Player, a Southtown Star Top 30 Player and an All-Area Conference team selection. As a senior in 2014, Cahill led Mother McAuley playing 86 of a possible 87 sets while posting team-highs of 439 digs (5.1 per set), 411 serves and 37 aces. She also finished third on the team with 26 assists.
Cahill’s efforts led Mother McAuley to four straight seasons of 30 wins or more while never losing more than six matches in a single year. Mother McAuley additionally finished first place in the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference in three of Cahill’s four years and won the 4A state championship in 2013.
Cahill also played club volleyball for seven years as a member of the Michio Chicago Volleyball Academy, which recorded several first-place finishes in national tournaments including the 2012 USAV National Open.

School: Isusovacka Klasicna Gimnazija
Lulic played for the club team Osijek in Croatia beginning in 2010, starting as a young cadet selection before working her way into the club’s starting lineup and competing in Croatia’s top league. As a middle blocker, Lulic helped Osijek place in the top three in several national tournaments in both Croatia and Serbia, including first place in Novi Sad (2012), second place in MEVZA and Alps-Adriatic Games (2012), and third place in MEVZA and Beograd (2013).

School: Jersey Village HS
Ladewig was a two-year letter winner and senior captain at Jersey Village High School. She led the Falcons with 174 kills her senior season, while also recording 22 aces, 392 digs and 25 assists as Jersey Village finished third in its district and reached the second round of the 2014 University Interscholastic League regional playoffs. Ladewig was honored twice as an all-district honorable mention selection and was named an all-district academic award winner as a sophomore, junior and senior.
Ladewig played club volleyball for six years as a Libero with the Texas Tornados and was selected to the top Mizuno team each year of her club career. In 2013-14, she was named to the All-Texas Team by Lonestarvolleyball.com. Ladewig also participated in the USAV Junior Nationals three straight years from 2012-14.
