Elite Serve-Pass-Defense Camp (July 5-6 – Grades 4-12)
The Elite Serve-Pass-Defense Camp will concentrate on high repetition and technical base. Being some of the most important skills, an emphasis will be placed on accuracy and structure, with such concentrations as footwork, platform, serve receive, rolling, zone placement, and various skill-sets.

Elite Hitter Camp (July 5-6 – Grades 4-12)
The Elite Hitter Camp will focus on a variety of attack skills from all positions on the net. Quick attacks as well as play-sets for the hitter will also be emphasized. Footwork and arm swing will be a primary focus. Please identify your position on application (OH, MH, RSH).

Elite All-Skills Camp (July 10-12 – Grades 6-12)
This camp is designed for intermediate, and advanced level middle school, junior high and high school girls. The camp offers instruction and training in the skills and techniques of passing, setting, serving, attacking and defense. Emphasis is placed on developing court movement and ball control as well as game competition. A variety of drills, games, and competition will be used to put these techniques into practice.

Team Camp (July 19-21)
These competitive camp sessions provide members of Varsity and Junior Varsity high school teams an opportunity to train together, while learning and refining their volleyball skills. Team Camps will include skill and team development, but will have a significant emphasis on 6-versus-6 play.
