**2009 All-Big South in the distance medley (I)

2010 Outdoor: Versatile athlete for the lady Chanticleers... Ran the 400m, the long jump, the triple jump and numerous legs on relays... Ran a season-best of 57.78 in the 400m at Georgia Tech... Ran a season-best of 25.66 in the 200m at Liberty Twilight... Placed fourth with a personal-best of 17'11" at Big South Conference Championships and ran the anchor leg of runner-up 4x400m relay at the championships.

2010 Indoor: Ran the 400m leg on the fourth place distance medley relay team at Big South Indoor Championships and competed in the long jump with a jump of 16'2.25" and the triple jump with a jump of 35'1"... Jumped a season-best of 35'1.25" in the triple jump at Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup.

2009 Outdoors:
Finished 10th at the Big South Championships in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 59.43... Had a season best of 12.82 in the 100 meters at the Shamrock Invitational... Had a season best in the 200 meters of 26.26 at the Chanticleer Classic.

2009 Indoors: Earned All-Big South honors for running the 400-meters leg in the distance medley relay that finished third at the Big South Championships with a season-best time of 12:25.21... Finished 10th at Big South Championships in long jump... Had a season best in the long jump of 17'4.25" at the New Balance Invitational... Had a season best in the 60-meter dash of 8.08 at the UNC Classic... Had a season best in the 200-meter dash of 26.39 at the Virginia Tech Hokie Invitational.
