Four Chants Finish Undefeated At Davidson Invitational

DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Coastal Carolina women’s tennis team saw each of its top-four singles player finish with an undefeated record over the weekend in round robin matches at the Davidson Invitational. 

The Chanticleers played matches against Virginia Tech, Charlotte and Davidson and finished with a 17-2 record in singles and a 9-2 mark in doubles.

Junior Miki Bunea finished 3-0 in singles and also won all three of her doubles matches playing alongside Amanda Mortlock.  Mortlock was also 3-0 against all of her singles opponents. 

Lexi Bolesky was also a perfect 3-0 in singles and in doubles with partner Kourtney Kowal.  Freshman Mikaela Kristofersson turned in a 3-0 record in singles and won a doubles match playing alongside Maria Hesketh

Coastal returns to action Thursday when the Chanticleers travel to Chapel Hill, N.C., to take part in the ITA Regionals.
