Women's Tennis Sweeps A Pair of Matches In Florida Against North Dakota and Fairleigh Dickinson

ORLANDO, FLA. -- The Coastal Carolina University women's tennis team won all but two matches in defeating North Dakota, 7-0, and Fairleigh Dickinson, 6-1, in Orlando, Fla., Mar. 18.

The Chanticleers swept all nine matches in the win over North Dakota, with all six singles matches going in straight sets. In the victory over Fairleigh Dickinson, Coastal Carolina won two of the three doubles matches and five of six singles matches, with the only loss on a retirement at No. 2 singles with the match in the third set.

Coastal Carolina returns to the court quickly, playing tomorrow morning at 8 a.m., taking on Cleveland State.
