CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University softball team, led by first-year Head Coach Kelley Green, announced its 2010 schedule on Tuesday, Nov. 3. The schedule consists of six tournaments, including three home tournaments, and an 18-game Big South schedule.
“I think we have a well-rounded schedule,” Head Coach Kelley Green said. “We have a well-balanced schedule for our team and it’s good for our program right now. In the future, we may go out West and attend some tournaments as we get a little more confidence, but I think our schedule is perfect for our program right now. It’s not too much on the heavy side because we are a young team. If we work on the things that we need to work on and get everyone healthy, we’ll have a pretty successful year.”
