#3 Coastal Carolina stranded 10 base runners in a 3-1 loss to #2 Winthrop in an elmination game at the 2004 Big South Conference Softball Championships presented by Aeropostale, May 15. Brittany Nelson and Delane Oscarson were named to the All-Tournament team for their play.
