I thought we played well. We got a lot of players in, which is good. We rested some players. We have to play a little better tomorrow. I thought Karen (Pavlick) played real well in goal and I’m proud of the defense. It was a great game for us to get started. Now we have to settle down and get ready for tomorrow.”Gardner-Webb Head Coach Kevin Mounce“Our kids played hard, we were just beaten by a very good team tonight. With our youth [14 freshmen and sophomores] this was a great learning experience to advance to the tournament. We’re growing as a program, and hope to be back next season.”
