CCU Women's Golf Fifth Place After First Day of the Unlimited Potential/BayTree Invitational

    

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Senior Morgan O' Banion and freshman Dannielle Renner fired a pair of five over-par 77's in the first round of the Unlimited Potential/Bay Tree Invitational played at Bay Tree Golf Plantation in North Myrtle Beach.

CCU is fifth place with a score of 312, 11 strokes behind East Carolina at 301. UNCW is second at 303, followed by Arkansas-Little Rock at 304 and Iowa State at 308.

Round two of the three round event will take place Saturday at Bay Tree.
