Three Women's Golfers Earn NGCA All-American Scholar Honors

CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina's women's golf program had three players honored on the National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Teams for Division I, announced by the organization. Senior Katy Heher, junior Rachel Graves and freshman Johanna Rodert were recognized for their efforts during the 2006-07 year.

Katy Heher - Marketing, 3.712, Rachel Graves - Sports Management, 3.718, Johanna Rodert - Undecided on major with a 3.778 grade point average,

 

There were a total of 234 women’s collegiate golfers at the Division I level recognized with this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent of all college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50 and student-athletes must have competed in at least 50 percent of the college’s regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
