GAINESVILLE, FL - The Coastal Carolina women's golf team finished in 19th place at the NCAA East Regional in Gainesville, FL, May 6. The Lady Chanticleers shot 322 in the third round and finished at 952 for the 54-hole event, contested at the University of Florida Golf Course (Par 70 - 6,023 yards).
Ohio State won the team title with a score of 16-over 856, defeating runner-up Duke by six shots at 862. Furman finished third at 871. Coastal's top player was senior Natalie Cruse, who is tied for 60th at 231.
