Women's Golf Ties For 11th at UNC Lady Seahawk Classic

            WALLACE, N.C. -- Coastal Carolina women's golf rallied in the final two rounds to move up five spots into a tie for 11th at the 2008 UNCW Lady Seahawk Classic, Apr. 7-8. The two-day, 54-hole event was played at the River Landing Golf Club (Par 72 - 6,183 yards) in Wallace, N.C.             After an opening round 324, the Lady Chanticleers rallied to post scores of 303 and 302 in the final two rounds to post a 54-hole total of 929, tying for 11th with Longwood. North Carolina State took home the team title with a score of 896, one shot ahead of runner-up UNC Greensboro and four better than host UNC Wilmington in third.             Senior Rachel Graves was CCU's top finisher, tying for 37th at 232, while junior Ann Maness and redshirt junior Jessica Vincent tied for 41st at 233. Vincent recorded the event's first Hole-In-One when she used a six iron to ace the Par 3, 156-yard eighth hole late Monday. It was Vincent's fourth career hole-in-one and her first since the summer of 2007. Sophomore Aruka Felgueroso had the team's low round of the tournament in the final round, posting an even-par 72.             The Lady Chanticleers will now set their sights on the 2008 Big South Conference Women's Golf Championship, being played Mon.-Wed., Apr. 14-16 at The Patriot Golf Club in Greenwood, S.C.
