Women's Golf Shoots 306 on Day Two of FSU Match Up
Tallahassee, Fla. - The women's golf team at Coastal Carolina shot a 306 on the second day of the Florida State Match Up and will enter the final day of action 11th with a two-day total of 609 (303-306).
Malene Krolboll Hansen shot a 1-over 73 during today's round and stands tied for 25th after a two-day total of 147 (74-73). Victoria Parker's second day 78 has her tied at 49th with a 153 (75-78).
Teammate Stephanie Henning is only one shot back at 154 after also shooting a 78 to go along with her 76 yesterday.
Marie Lunackova shot a 77 in today's action and has a two-day total of 155 (78-77) and is tied for 53rd, while Barbora Bakova's 79 has her tied at 61 at 159 (80-79).
Fourth-ranked Florida State made a big move today to move into the lead at their own tournament shooting a 276 and their 18-under 558 is three strokes better than 13th-ranked South Carolina's 15-under 561.
Texas A&M is ranked 23rd in the early season and is the only other team to finish the first two days under par. They shot a 283 today and enter the final day in third with a two-under 574.
Bringing up the top five are Minnesota with a five-over 581 and 20th-ranked Oklahoma with an eight-over 584.
CCU will start tomorrow's final round with an 8:09 a.m. scheduled tee time.
