CONWAY – Head coach Alan LeForce led the Coastal Carolina women’s basketball team on the floor in Kimbel Arena for their 17th preseason practice on Tuesday.

Coastal is coming off a 10-19 season, its first sub-.500 season in five years, and are looking to make a complete turnaround with the installation of new offensive and defensive sets along with the infusion of five freshmen.

Below, listen to coach LeForce’s thoughts about the progression of the team through the first three weeks of preseason. The Chanticleers now only have 16 days and 13 practices sessions remaining before they open the program’s 37th season at home on Friday, Nov. 11 against Southern Virginia.
