Turned in season-best time of 30:10.71 in the 10,000m at the adidas Raleigh Relays... Recorded two first place finishes on the season, winning the 3,000m at the Battle of the Beaches in 8:48.15 and the 5,000m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational in 14:5747... Held the Chanticleers' top time of the season in the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m.
2010 Cross Country: Earned All-Big South Conference Team honors by placing seventh in the 8k Big South Championship Meet in a time of 25:13.98... Named to the Big South Cross Country All-Academic team... Collected Big South Runner of the Week honors for the week of Oct. 27 after winning the 5k Mount Olive Invitational with a time of 15:10... Was Coastal Carolina's top runner throughout the season, placing in the top ten in six of seven meets... Led the Chants to a third place finish at the 6k Coastal Carolina Invitational placing fourth in 19:11.90... Kicked the season off with a second place finish in the 5k Gamecock Open crossing the finish line in 15:20.

2009 Cross Country: Was the top runner for the Chants throughout the season... Kicked off the season by winning the Gamecok Open with a 5k tme of 15:19.39...Placed eighth in the 8k Blue Ridge Open posting a time of 25:25.35...Finished fifth at the Big South Championships with an 8k time of 25:56... Crossed the finish line 57th in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional (32:08.51).
2008 Cross Country: One of the top runners for the Chanticleers, finishing 12th at the 2008 New Balance Big South Men's Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:27.92... Ran a career-best 25:11 at the Brooks Paul Short Run... Finished second at the Gamecock Invitational (5k) with a time of 16:03.05...
