HIGH POINT, N.C.- Coastal Carolina University men’s track and field took three top-three finishes at the VertKlasse Meeting on Sunday, April 25 in High Point, N.C.

 

Highlighting the day was Corey Jameson’s second place finish in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.95, while battling the wind head-on. Also competing in the event was Jerome St. Bernard who took sixth with a time of 11.12.

 

Jameson and St. Bernard also participated in the 200-meter dash. St. Bernard finished in third place at 22.12 and Jameson in eighth with a time of 22.47.

 

Kyle Kling had a personal-best performance in the 1500-meter run as he ran 3:52.05, taking fifth.

 

Ross Graves concluded the day for the Chanticleers as he took second place in the high jump, clearing a mark of 6’5” (1.96 meters).

 

The Chanticleers will travel to Lynchburg, Va. to compete in the Liberty Twilight on Thursday, April 29.
