Track & Field Claims 8 Victories, Sweeps 3 Podiums

Coastal swept the podium in the women's hammer, men's shot put and men's 3,000m run.

2011 Track & Field: Posted a season best time of 10:38.57 in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Big South Championships... Ran a season best time of 9:56.32 in the 3,000 meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2010 Track & Field: Redshirted.

2009 Cross Country: Participated in three races this season... Ran a 22:34.19 in the Coastal Carolina Invitation al(6k)... Ran in the Big South Championship, placing 70th with a time of 31:26... Participated in the Blue Ridge Open, Open Race 8k with a personal-best time of 30:50.81.

High School: Four-year letterwinner for cross country... Named captain his junior and senior year... Ran a 5K in 17:35, three miles in 16:44, and an 8K in 29:39 his senior year...
