CONWAY - Coastal Carolina men's tennis player Garik Yedigarian has been named Big South Freshman of the Week, as announced by the league office today.

This is the second time that the New York, N.Y., native has won the Freshman of the Week honor.

Yedigarian went undefeated in his four matches last week. He won in straight-sets at No. 5 singles against Mount Olive, and followed with straight-set victories at No. 6 singles against Longwood and Richmond. Yedigarian added a doubles victory at No. 2 in the team's victory over the Lancers.

Coastal returns to the courts on Friday, Feb. 24 when they travel to Durham, N.C., to face North Carolina Central at 12 p.m.
