Hunter started the scoring off in the 22nd minute, as he took a pass from Schroeder 20 yards out. Hunter then executed a step-over move to beat his defender, and ripped a shot that found the lower left corner of the net past a diving William Redmond to give Coastal Carolina (7-7-1, 5-1-1 Big South) the 1-0 advantage.
The Chants struck again in the 25th minute as senior Oron Levy (Yessod-Hamala, Israel/Hemak-Hamalla) collected a loose ball off a defection 25 yards out. The midfielder then volleyed a shot that found the right corner of the net for his second career goal and first of the season to give the Chants the 2-0 lead.
The Blue Hose (2-13-2, 0-6-1 Big South) quickly answered back in the 29th minute on an outstanding individual effort from Michael Czulinski. The forward gathered a loose ball 30 yards out, juked a defender, and took a perfectly placed shot that found the top right corner of the net to cut the deficit to 2-1 with 16 minutes left in the first half.
The score would hold up heading into the intermission, with Coastal Carolina holding a 6-5 shot advantage.

The Chants would add to the lead in the 75th minute, this time with Schroeder assisting on a Hunter goal. Schroeder collected a loose ball inside the Presbyterian 18, and dished a pass to Hunter for his second goal of the contest and eighth on the season.
Presbyterian would trim the Chant lead on a penalty kick by Zach Sinkuler in the 76th minute for the final goal of the contest to run the tally to 4-2.

With the victory, the Chants improve to 4-0 on the year when scoring two or more goals, and extend their unbeaten streak to four games.
