Men's Soccer Blank Liberty, 3-0

LYNCHBURG, Va. — The 17th-ranked Coastal Carolina Chanticleers won its school-record 13th match in a row, by defeating Liberty 3-0, at the Liberty Soccer Field Saturday afternoon.

After a scoreless first half, Coastal Carolina (13-0-1, 5-0-0 BSC) took the
lead on a Liberty (8-6-1, 2-2-1 BSC) own goal at the 57:45 mark. Joseph
Ngwenya made the score 2-0 with his 19th goalof the season off an assist from Mubarike Chisoni 74:49 into the game. Bobby Crovo would ice the game for the Chants by scoring his first goal off the season, also off an assist from Chisoni, at the 84:58 mark.

Coastal returns to action on Saturday, October 26 against High Point at CCU Soccer Stadium. Match time is set for 7 p.m.
