CONWAY - Registration for the inaugural Coastal Carolina University men's soccer Spring Identification Camp is now open. The camp, which runs from March 8-9, is designed to provide high school aged players with collegiate ambitions an opportunity to be trained and evaluated by Chanticleer head coach Shaun Docking and his staff in a high-intensity training environment.

The training sessions will focus on developing the players' tactical and technical capabilities through workouts centered on the speed of play, combination play, high pressure and the smaller game within the 11 v 11 game. While learning through play, the aspiring student-athletes will be trained on how to recognize the differences and overcome the challenges of transitioning from club/high school soccer to the collegiate level.

The camp is open to boys from grades 9-12, including goalkeepers. The price of the two-day camp is $150, which includes four training sessions, a tour of the Coastal Carolina campus and a question and answer session with current CCU players and coaching staff.
