Former Coastal Carolina All-American golfer Dustin Johnson will be making his professional debut at the PGA TOUR's Valero Texas Open Oct. 4-7 at the La Cantera Golf Club outside of San Antonio, Texas. Johnson tees off at 10 a.m. EDT with Michael Sim and Jim Rutledge. Johnson is not the only decorated amateur making his debut. Fellow Walker Cup teammate and U.S. Amateur champion Colt Knost also is making the Texas Open his first professional tournament.
