Men's Golf's Renolds Ties For Second at British Columbia Amateur

GOLDEN, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- Coastal Carolina University’s men’s golfer Lindsay Renolds (Hilton Head, S.C./Heritage Academy) tied for second in the British Columbia Amateur, July 18-21. The championship was held at the Golden Golf and Country Club in Golden, British Columbia.   Originally from Christina Lake, B.C., Renolds started the amateur shooting a four-over 76 in the first round, but rebounded with his best round of the event, a five-under 67 to move to one under after 36 holes. He then shot two-under 70 on each of the final rounds to finish at 283, three shots behind champion Bryan Toth of Victoria, British Columbia, who finished with a 280.
