CONWAY - The Coastal Carolina men's golf team will host its annual General Hackler Championship Mar. 11-12 at TPC of Myrtle Beach. The 11-team field features six teams ranked among the nation's top 100, including four within the nation's top 50.

The event gets underway Monday with groups going off the first and 10th holes. The first tee time is 7:30 am on hole number 10, featuring Coastal's Easton Renwick. Renwick is coming off a win earlier this week at the College of Charleston Shootout. At 7:40 am, groups will start on holes 1 and 10 with Coastal, ETSU and Tennessee starting on the front nine and UTEP, Charleston Southern and MTSU going off the back.

The field included 17th-ranked Arkansas, 23rd-ranked Kent State, 29th-ranked Tennessee, 48th-ranked Coastal Carolina, 72nd-ranked East Tennessee State, 88th-ranked Lamar, Charleston Southern, Florida Gulf Coast, Gardner-Webb, Middle Tennessee State and UTEP. Individually, Kent State's Corey Conners is ranked 17th and Tennessee's Rick Lamb is ranked.
