Football Practices on Sunday Night as Camp Starts to Wind Down

    The Coastal Carolina University football team went through an hour-and-a-half practice Sunday, Aug. 19 in one of the last practices before camp breaks.  The Chanticleers attending church and went to a water park during the day before the practice.

"Sunday we went to church, had a great lunch at  Langston Baptist.  We appreciate them very much," Coastal head coach David Bennett said. "They had an awesome service.  Some of these boys changed their life today, so that was very good.  It was a great day.  We went to Wild Water.  The Lazarus family, we appreciate them very much.  Part of the proceeds today went to Colin's Kids, our foundation.  Then we had practice tonight, so it was a great day."

Coastal will have its final two-a-day practice Monday, August 20 at 6 a.m. and 3 p.m.
