Football Completes First Two-A-Day Practice

CONWAY, S.C. – The three-time defending Big South Conference Coastal Carolina football team completed its first two-a-day practice of the season. The Chants were once again in full pads for the second consecutive day.   “We got a great deal accomplished today,” sixth-year head coach David Bennett said. “Both practices today were sub-100 degrees.” Earlier in the week the squad practiced several times in triple-digit heat.   The team practiced from 6:50-8:30 a.m. and again from 6:45-8:45 p.m.  The Chants will return to the practice field Thursday for a 3-5:30 p.m. single practice before holding another two-a-day on Friday.
