CONWAY, S.C. - Coastal Carolina University football will host its 2010 Pro Day on Tuesday, March 30 on the school's campus. All-American Fullback Tommy Fraser along with defensive end Phillip Oboh will work out for pro scouts.

This event has proven fruitful in the past, as it has been a showcase for Coastal's four players that have made the leap to the National Football League - quarterback Tyler Thigpen, defensive back Quinton Teal, fullback Mike Tolbert and wide receiver Jerome Simpson.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

10:00 – 11:00am -- Weight Room

  • Measurements
  • Reach and Vertical Jump
  • Broad Jump
  • 225 Rep Test

11:00 – 12:00pm -- Outside Practice Fields/Track

  • Warm Up / Stretch
  • 10 – 20 – 40 yard Sprint
  • Pro Shuttle
  • L-Drill


12:00 – 1:00pm -- Individual Position Drills
