NEW YORK - Business Plus, an imprint of Grand Central Publishing, announced that Coastal Carolina head football coach Joe Moglia is the real-life inspiration for "FOURTH AND GOAL: A Dream Deferred But Not Forgotten" by Monte Burke of Forbes magazine. The book is tentatively slated to be published in September 2012.

The hiring of Moglia by Coastal Carolina University represents an extraordinary achievement for the former corporate titan who always dreamed of returning to his first passion of coaching college football. "FOURTH AND GOAL" follows Moglia's unexpected story which traces his leaving the college coaching ranks at Dartmouth in the early 1980's and heading to Wall Street in order to support his family.

Without any real formal business training, Moglia eventually rose to become the CEO of TD Ameritrade. But over the years, he never lost his passion for the gridiron. In 2008, Moglia started his second career in college football as an unpaid, volunteer advisor to the University of Nebraska football team. In 2010, he joined the United Football League as the head coach of the Omaha Nighthawks.

Rick Wolff, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Business Plus, said, "This is one of the great, feel -good stories of our time. Joe's inspirational tale of being named the head football coach of Coastal Carolina University teaches us all that we should never give up on our dreams. This is a remarkable story about a remarkable man."

Burke is a staff writer at Forbes magazine, and has also written for the New York Times, Outside, Men's Journal and Town & Country, among others.
