2015: (So.): Played in all 12 games and earned the start in the FCS playoff game versus The Citadel … Was named a Game MVP by the staff three times – twice on Defense (Gardner-Webb and The Citadel) and once on Special Teams (Kennesaw State) in the final four weeks as he ended the season with 24 tackles, second-best on the team over the four-game span, including five in wins over Gardner-Webb and Kennesaw State, six at Liberty and eight versus The Citadel … Overall, had 45 tackles, including six on special teams to rank third-best on the team … Had five tackles on kick coverage and one on punt coverage at Monmouth – the only return a CCU opponent attempted in 2015 for no gain …. Also ranked third on the team with 5.0 tackles for loss … Recorded three tackles for loss in a four-game span, including two sacks (Presbyterian and Gardner-Webb).

2014 (RFr.): Did not participate.

2013 (Fr.): Redshirted ... Was co-Chant Team Defensive Player of the Year with Leroy Cummings ... Tabbed Chant Squad Defensive Player of the Week three times (Elon, VMI and Charlotte).

Prior to Coastal Carolina: Tabbed All-New England by its coaches association ... Named to the NEPSAC (New England Preparatory School Athletic Council) All-Erickson League and the league's Most Outstanding Defensive Player ... Recorded 50 tackles, three interceptions, two caused fumbles and eight quarterback hurries ... Led the Big Red to a 9-0 record and a 29-26 win over Phillips Exeter in the NEPSAC Jack Etter Bowl, thanks to a half sack from Johnson.
