2011 (Jr.): Played in all 11 games, starting nine ... Showed no signs of rust after missing most of 2010, registering 39 tackles, seventh-best on the team and tops among the defensive linemen ... Opened the season by getting three tackles, including 1.5 for losses, in the Furman win ... Had four stops with a sack versus Catawba ... Tallied five tackles with a half TFL at North Carolina A&T ... Posted a season-high six tackles at Liberty ... Ended the year getting five tackles versus Presbyterian, a TFL and 17-yard fumble recovery at Charleston Southern and 1.5 TLF - including a sack - at Western Carolina.

2010 (So.): Granted a medical redshirt, which will not take effect until after his senior year possibly, after suffering a season-ending injury early in the Georgia Southern game (week three) ... Prior to the injury, was playing well versus the Eagles, recording six tackles ... Had four stops with a half TFL at West Virginia in the season opener, adding two tackles at Towson ... Named preseason All-Big South by the league's coaches and media.

2009 (RFr.): Played in all 11 games, starting 10 ... Tallied 33 stops with seven coming behind the line of scrimmage, including three sacks ... Helped Coastal rank first in the Big South and 33rd nationally in sacks (2.27 avg.) ... His seven TFL ranked second-best on the squad ... Ranked eighth in the Big South in both sacks (0.27/game) and tackles for losses (0.64/game) ... Posted season highs of six tackles versus North Carolina A&T and Liberty ... Posted 1.5 TFL in his first collegiate game (at Kent State), adding his first collegiate sack ... Added sacks in games two (Monmouth ) and three (Towson) ... Also had 1.5 TFL versus NC A&T.

Prior to Coastal Carolina: A 2008 graduate at McIntosh County Academy and four-year letterwinner in his high school career ... Named Associated Press, Atlanta Journal-Consitution and Georgia Sport Writers Association Honorable Mention All-State Class 2A his senior season ... Also honored as First Team All-Region and All-Area and 2007 Most Valuable Defensive Player for the Buccaneers after recording 117 total tackles, 24 tackles for loss, including nine sacks, 12 quarterback hurries, two blocked punts, three blocked field goals, nine forced fumbles and one fumble recovery ... Also played fullback at McIntosh ... Played his sophomore and junior years at Westside, recording 85 tackles and five sacks in those two seasons, earning the team's Most Improved Award each year ...
