2014 (RJr.): Started all 14 games ... Ranked first in the Big South and sixth in the NCAA FCS with three recovered fumbles (South Carolina State, Presbyterian and Charlotte) ... Ninth on the team with 41 tackles ... Had five quarterback hurries as CCU set a single-season record with 33 as a team ... Posted a season-high seven tackles versus Liberty ... Had six stops (five solo) versus Furman ... Tipped a pass at Gardner-Webb that led to a Pernell Williams pick six ... Registered five tackles versus Presbyterian and North Dakota State ... Named to the 2014-15 Big South Presidential Honor Roll for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year ... Earned Dean’s List for the spring of 2015.
2013 (Jr.): Redshirted per NCAA transfer rules ... Named the Chant Squad co-Defensive Player of the Year ... Also named a Chant Squad MVP for the week leading into the Charleston Southern contest.
Prior to Coastal Carolina: Played two seasons at Savannah State ... 2012 (So): Played in 10 games with starts in each of the first four games ... Tallied 27 tackles on the season, including 3.5 for losses ... Recorded a career-high six stops versus North Carolina Central, including two TFL in the contest ... Also had six stops versus Edward Waters ... 2011 (Fr.): Played in 11 games with 10 starts ... Led Savannah State with 9.5 tackles for loss and 6.0 sacks ... Recorded at least a half TFL in eight of his 11 games played ... Posted season high five tackles versus Albany State and Florida A&M ... At Thomson HS: His senior year he was named to Runner up ESPN All Rise Team , and to the second team year All Area. He finished the season with 78 tackles and eight sacks.
