2005: Started in nine of the 11 games he played... Named First Team All-Big South and finished third in the league's Defensive Player of the Year voting... Led the team with a career-high and CCU single-season record 108 tackles, including 31 solo during the 2005 season, ranking him fourth in the league... Posted a then career-best 14 tackles and one fumble recovery in the season-opening win at Elon, earning Big South Defensive Player of the Week honors... Surpassed that with a school-record tying 15 in the home win over James Madison for his second consecutive weekly league honor and also was named The Sports Network National Defensive Player of the Week... High School: Played on both sides of the football for the Warriors, earning All-Conference and All-Region honors as a senior...
