Graduated from Coastal Carolina with a degree in sociology in the spring of 2013.

2012 (Jr.): Started all 13 games at right tackle ... Named the team's Offensive MVP for the Stony Brook game and was a game captain the following week at VMI ... Helped Coastal have one of its best years offensively in school history, setting CCU records for completions, yards of total offense and touchdowns scored ... In the NCAA stats, the Chants went from 74th to 25th in rushing offense, from 70th to 34th in passing offense, from 90th to 18th in total offense and from 67th to 13th in scoring offense ... Coastal rushed for at least 200 yards in a school-record seven straight games ... Named to the 2012-13 Big South Presidential Honor Roll for posting at least a 3.0 GPA for the academic year.

2011 (So.): Played in all 11 games, serving on the PAT/field goal units ... Also saw spot action at tackle.

2010 (RFr.): Saw action in 11 games, mostly on the PAT/field goal team ... Also served as a backup offensive linemen.

2009 (Fr.): Redshirted.

Prior to Coastal Carolina: Was injured most of his senior season ... One of the High School Sports Report's South Carolina Top 110 rising seniors heading into this year before the injury ... As a junior played center and helped lead the Panthers on their second most successful season in school history at 7-4 accompanied by a playoff berth in Class AAA.
