2012 Coastal Carolina Football - Spring Scrimmage 1 (April 1, 2012)

Ranks third on the CCU career list for kickoff return yards with 783 and third with 37 career kickoff returns ... Is just one of two Chanticleers to return a kickoff for a score, joining Arthur Sitton.

2011 (Jr.): Played in nine games, starting six ... Had 20 tackles and three pass break ups ... Also returned eight kickoffs for 260 yards, including an a school-record long 86-yard touchdown ... His TD came versus Gardner-Webb after the Bulldogs went up six with a field goal with two minutes to play ... Henderson's TD and ensuing extra point put Coastal up one before GWU kicked a game-winning field goal as time expired ... Had a season-best five tackles, including four solo, with a TFL at Charleston Southern ... Recorded three tackles versus Catawba, Georgia, Liberty and Gardner-Webb ... Added PBU's versus Furman, North Carolina A&T and GWU.

2010 (So.): Missed the West Virginia game due to injury but started eight of the final 11 games of the season ... Logged 24 tackles and returned five kickoffs for 78 yards (15.6 avg.) ... Broke through with four stops versus Stony Brook ... After getting no stops at Gardner-Webb, responded with five tackles at VMI, adding his first career pass breakup ... Recorded his first career interception in the Charleston Southern win, returning it 66 yards for a TD -- marking the second-longest INT return in CCU history ... Tallied four tackles versus Western Illinois in the NCAA FCS playoff game.

2009 (RFr.): Played in all 11 games ... Registered two tackles versus Liberty and one each versus North Carolina A&T and Presbyterian ... Also served as primary kick returner, avceraging 18.5 yards on 24 returns (445 yards) with a long of 35 at Clemson.

2008 (Fr.): Redshirted and retained the year of eligibility.

Prior to Coastal Carolina: First team All-Region 3-AAAA and All-Area at defensive back after posting more than 40 tackles and seven interceptions his senior season at Evans, leading the Knights to a home game in the state playoffs ... Also had 52 carries for 279 yards and three touchdowns along with 36 receptions for 451 yards and eight scores his final season, also earning All-County accolades at wide receiver as well as defensive back ... First team All-Region 3-AAA, second team All-County and Evans MVP his junior year after recording 24 tackles, four interceptions and one blocked field goal as well as 13 catches for 204 yards and four touchdowns ... Also played basketball and ran track for the Knights, earning letters his junior and senior season ... Earned Honorable Mention All-County in basketball his junior year and was on the team's 4x400-meter relay team that ran at the state championships ... Spent sophomore year at Menchville HS in Newport News, Va. where he was a member of the district champion 4x800-meter relay team.
