Began his career at Coastal Carolina, redshirting in 2012 and playing 13 games in 2013 as a back-up quarterback … Transferred to Hutchinson Community College before spending two seasons at Northern Iowa, playing wide receiver ... 2014 at JuCo (So.): Played quarterback at Hutchinson Community College … Led team to an 11-1 record and a conference championship … Had a 55.1 completion percentage and threw for 1,120 yards with 15 touchdowns … Was ranked the No. 6 duel-threat quarterback by JCGridiron.com.
2013 at CCU (RFr.): Played in 13 of CCU’s 15 games and completed 4-of-7 passes for 56 yards and a touchdown while adding 13 rushes for 85 yards and a touchdown … Was named a team Offensive MVP as he and fellow QBs Michael Church and Brian Kass led Coastal to a convincing win over VMI … Demos completed 3-of-4 passes for 36 yards and a nine-yard score to John Israel with adding 36 yards rushing on five attempts versus the Keydets … Successfully ran 2-point conversions versus South Carolina State and Furman and completed a 2-point conversion to Craig Weick versus Presbyterian … Also versus the Blue Hose, he had five rushes for 42 yards, including a 15-yard TD before his 2-point conversion.

Participated in the ESPN/Rise Elite 11 QB camps held at TCU and Ohio State ... 2011 first team Missouri Sportswriters and Sportscasters Class 6 All-State ... Finalist for the Gatorade Missouri Football Player of the Year ... Completed 165-of-311 passes (.531) and threw for 2,764 yards and 34 touchdowns as a senior ... Led CBC to a 13-1 record and a trip to the 2011 Missouri Class 6 championship game ...
