Named the 2009 Class AA Lower State Back of the Year by the High School Football Coaches Association ... Was also one of the state's 10 winners of the Wendy's High School Heisman Award ... Also honored on the Class AA All-State squad by the High School Sports Report following both his junior and senior seasons ... Rushed for more than 1,000 yards his senior season, leading the Wolves to a region title and a 12-1 mark ...
