2005: Played all 11 games as a junior, starting in six...Added a career-high 32 tackles, nine of them solo... Helped Coastal defeat Liberty in overtime with eight tackles... Also had five tackles in wins over Elon and James Madison...

2004: Played in 10 games as a sophomore, including three starts... Recorded 25 tackles, eight of them solos... Had five tackles for loss for 18 yards, including three sacks for 16 yards... Also forced a fumble at Newberry... Had his best game of the season at VMI with eight tackles, including two sacks... Also had six tackles at Newberry and five tackles in the home win over Jacksonville...

2003: Started in seven of his 11 games his first year and was awarded a varsity letter... Had 20 solo and 30 total tackles and added one sack and one fumble recovery on the defensive line... Was stellar at Liberty, recording eight solo and 12 total tackles in the game, tied for the third-best single game in Coastal's inaugural season... Had one sack each against Jacksonville and Davidson and recovered a fumble against Morehead State... Also had an 11-yard lateral return on a fumble against Charleston Southern... One of Coastal's 2002 recruiting class...

High School: A four-year letterwinner in football... Earned All-State honors his final two seasons on the gridiron, as well as being named All-Area and All-Region... Served as defensive captain for the 2002 North-South All-Star Game... Also lettered three years in basketball and baseball... Was a member of the National Honor Society and Academic Honor Roll...
