2005: Played in eight games for Coastal... Posted 11 tackles, one of them solo... Had a season-high six tackles at Appalachian State, including an assisted tackle-for-loss play... Recorded two tackles at Liberty... Also had one fumble recovery in the overtime win against Gardner-Webb...

2004: Played in seven games, starting two of them, before an injury against Liberty sidelined him for the remainder of the year... Had 26 tackles, including 10 solos, for the season... Had his best game of the year in the season-opening win at Morehead State, posting six tackles, four of them solo... Also recorded five tackles each against Charleston (WV) and VMI...

2003: Started all 11 games in the defensive backfield, garnering his first varsity letter... Ranked fourth on the team in tackles with 45, 36 of them solo... Had three tackles for loss, two interceptions and a fumble recovery on the year... Had his best game of the year against Big South rival VMI, recording six solo and seven total tackles... Had interceptions in back-to-back games against Gardner-Webb and Charleston... One of the 2002 recruits...

High School: A Wendy's High School Heisman nominee as a senior after tearing his ACL in the opening game and returning in the playoffs to help his team to a Regional Championship... Led his team to a regional title and state runner-up finish his junior season, earning Honorable Mention All-State from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, as well as All-County honors... As a junior, ranked third in the county with 102 tackles and was also second in interceptions with four... Added 24 tackles for loss and 11 pass breakups... Team was 40-9 in his four years on the varsity... Also played basketball three seasons, helping the Hoyas to three appearances in the state playoffs...
