2010 (Jr.): Moved back to the defensive side of the ball after playing tight end as a sophomore ... Played in 11 games, missing the Gardner-Webb game due to injury ... Also served on the special teams as one of the three personal protectors for the punter ... Credited with three tackles in 2010 (at Towson, versus Stony Brook and versus Charleston Southern).

Earned First Team Class AAAAA All-State accolades from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Associated Press his senior season, as well as being honored on the First Team All-Region squad and MVP of the defense for the Trojans ... Recorded 33 tackles for loss and 14 sacks his final season, leading his team to a 9-3 record and No. 6 ranking in the state ... Selected to the Georgia Pre-season All-State Academic Team his senior year ... Was named Second Team All-Region his junior season and honorable mention as a sophomore ... Also played catcher and first base, earning letters his first two years after leading the team in hitting ... Also ranked third in the state in weightlifting twice in his career ...
