Lost and Found
Lost and found is located at the information window inside the main entrance to the stadium.
Prohibited Items
Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entry. Prohibited items include:
Alcoholic beverages
Ice bags
Video cameras
Coolers
Thermos bottles
Weapons of any kind
Umbrellas
Fans are not permitted on the playing field at any time. There will be a NCAA enforced cooling off period at the end of each game. This time period prohibits fans, media and other non-game day staff from entering on the field. Length of the cooling off period will be announced during the game.
Banners must be approved prior to display in Brooks Stadium. Student banners must be approved by the Office of Student Activities prior to game day. Banners may not cover existing signs inside of the stadium.
Fans are advised to not leave valuables in vehicles during the game. Coastal Carolina University assumes no responsibility for items stolen or damaged in vehicles.
Disability Accommodations
Coastal Carolina University is dedicated to assisting all people with disabilities or special needs. Wheelchair seating is located on both sides of the stadium. For additional accommodation information, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 843-347-8499.
Tailgating/Alcohol Policy
Chanticleer fans of all ages are invited to enjoy food, fellowship and festivities prior to each home football game. For individuals of legal age, alcohol may be permitted under the following conditions:
Consumption of alcoholic beverages on campus is not permitted until four hours before the starting time of the event. All beverages must be consumed in paper or plastic cups; no glass bottles are permitted.
Kegs, other common containers, drinking games, and the use of devices intended to accelerate the consumption of alcohol (including but not limited to beer pong tables, funnels, etc.) are prohibited.
All state and local laws must be observed.
Alcohol may not be sold on University property.
Additional Guidelines for General and Student Parking Lots:
All individuals over the age of 21 who wish to consume alcoholic beverages are required to obtain a wristband at the check-in station located near general and student parking lots. Tailgating will end 15 minutes prior to the start of the game; no halftime tailgating is allowed. Postgame tailgating will be limited to one hour.
Individuals attending events at Coastal Carolina University are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of others. Persons acting in a disruptive, disrespectful or disorderly manner may be asked to leave the premises and/or be subject to citation from University, city or county law enforcement. Students may also be charged with a violation of the CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT.
Smoking Policy
In conformity with the South Carolina Clean Indoor Air Act of 1990 and to protect the health and safety of Coastal Carolina University students, faculty, staff and visitors, smoking or the possession of lighted smoking material in any form is allowed only in designated smoking areas of the campus. Other than in the designated areas, smoking is prohibited in buildings and outdoor areas.
Canisters for the disposal of tobacco remains will be placed at designated areas, and such areas will be clearly marked with signage.
Solicitation Policy
Solicitation or distribution by persons other than employees or students of the University on official University business is prohibited. University employees and students must receive approval from the Office of University Relations for all solicitation that takes place at Coastal Carolina University athletic events. Banners, flyers, pamphlets or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by game day security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. The selling of any item by anyone other than University-authorized personnel on the campus of Coastal Carolina University, including parking lots, is prohibited. Availability of Green Spaces
Grilling is permitted on Green Spaces. All grills must be elevated. Charcoal must be completely extinguished at clean up-time.
Tents are permitted, but must be erected without stakes for support. Tents must be for tailgating purposes only. No commercial business or display may be made without prior approval from Coastal Carolina University.
Stadium Security/Ushers
Uniformed police and event security are located throughout Brooks Stadium and surrounding parking lots. Requests for assistance in the stadium should be directed to ushers and event security.
Clean-up Procedures
All tailgaters are expected to clean up their respective areas. All trash must be placed in trash bags and put in trash containers located around the campus and in parking lots. Extinguished charcoal should not be dumped in grass, but placed in proper disposal containers.
First Aid Information
Licensed paramedics and EMTs will be located throughout the east and west stands of Brooks Stadium. Fully equipped EMS vehicles will be stationed behind the East and West Stands near Gate 5 and Gate 6 to assist any fans in need of their services.
Merchandise Information
The Chanticleer Gear merchandise stand will be open an hour and a half prior to kickoff and remain open 30 minutes after the game ends.
Restroom Information
Men's and women's restrooms are located beneath the east and west stands inside Brooks Stadium. Portable restrooms will be located throughout the Coastal Carolina University campus to accommodate tailgating fans during football game day.
Elevator Information
Two handicapped accessible elevators are located in the main foyer of Brooks Stadium. Elevators may be used by handicapped individuals trying to access the second level of the east stands or any game day staff using the press level.
Brooks Stadium Parking
Entering and Exiting the Stadium
Stadium gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. There is no re-entry for fans leaving the stadium during the game. The stadium closes 30 minutes after the end of the game. Those fans parked in either the Teal, Black or Bronze lots must exit toward S.C. 544 and those parked in the White Lot, Student/General Lot and Horry-Georgetown Tech must exit towards U.S. 501.
General Parking
General parking is available on campus and at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Because parking is limited, carpooling is encouraged. There will be signs directing students and the general public to designated areas. Shuttle service will be provided beginning two hours prior to kick off and continuing 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
Game Day Reserved Parking on Campus
There will be signage directing season ticket holders to designated parking zones. Entry into the season ticket holder lots require the display of the appropriate parking passes.
Handicapped Parking
Designated parking for those with special needs is available in all campus parking areas. Patrons must display the required handicapped-parking permit.Donor RV Lot (Behind Baseball Scoreboard)
$1,200 minimum donation per parking space in RV Lot.
RV ONLY - Class C, Bus, 5th WH.
No RVs are allowed in Bronze or White Lots or general parking on main campus.
Any Non-Donor RVs may park in Horry-Georgetown Technical College Lot.
The RV Lot on the main campus will open at 4 p.m. the day before the game.
No hook-ups.
One vehicle will be permitted with each RV in the RV Donor Lot.
Appropriate Donor RV Lot tags must be displayed at all times.
General Parking Information
Lots will be open for football parking five hours before kickoff and at 8:30 a.m. for 12:30 p.m. games. Cars parked in reserved lots may be towed five hours before kickoff. Parking along University Boulevard, S.C. 544 and U.S. 501 and in Quail Creek is strictly prohibited. TOWING WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Chanticleer Drive West and Founders Drive will be closed on game day. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. All parking lots must be cleared no later than two hours after the end of the game.
Coastal Carolina Football Tickets
Season Ticket Packages
Membership in the athletic booster club is necessary to purchase season tickets. Season Ticket Packages are presented in the season ticket brochure. Priority deadline is April 30.
Individual Game Tickets
Individual tickets can be purchased for all home games after season ticket sales are completed. Please call the ticket office at 843-347-8499. Family and group packages are also available.
Student Tickets

Full-time Coastal Carolina University students can receive one student ticket free of charge with a valid Coastal Carolina University ID card.

Full-time students may also purchase one student guest ticket for the student sections of the stadium (124, 125, 126, 127) for $10 per ticket.

Because there are no individual seat assignments in the student sections, holders of student tickets and/or student guest tickets will have access to any seats in these sections on a first-come basis.

In the event that the student sections are sold out, full-time Coastal Carolina University students may receive one standing room only ticket free of charge with a valid Coastal Carolina University ID card. Limited standing room will be available at the top of the West Stands.

During the week prior to each home game, student tickets will be available from Monday through Friday during normal office hours in the Athletic Ticket Office, located in Brooks Stadium.
Game Day
All seating at Brooks Stadium is reserved, except for designated student sections and the top of the west stands (standing room only). Ticket holders should be prepared to show their tickets to an usher to gain access to seating sections. Children three years of age and younger are admitted free with a paying adult.
Tickets may be purchased at the stadium ticket office four hours prior to kickoff on game days. Tickets will be distributed as available.
Will Call
The will call window is located at the north ticket booth. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff; a photo ID is required to claim tickets.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets may not be sold on Coastal Carolina University premises except by authorized personnel of the Athletic Ticket Office. Coastal Carolina University is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Holder of tickets to Coastal Carolina University athletic events agrees to abide by stadium and University policies.
