CLINTON - Due to forecasted inclement weather in the Clinton, S.C., area on Saturday and Sunday, Coastal Carolina’s baseball series schedule at Presbyterian College has been altered. The Chanticleers will now face the Blue Hose in a doubleheader Friday starting at 1 p.m. with the second game beginning approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. The third and final game of the series is tentatively set for a noon first pitch on Saturday.

Coastal Carolina Sweeps Presbyterian with 5-2 Win Sunday
Tommy La Stella accounted for four runs, going 2-for-2 with a home run, to lead Coastal Carolina to a 5-2 win at Presbyterian Sunday.

The Chanticleers enter the series atop the South Division of the Big South with a 25-16 overall record, including an 11-4 mark in conference play. Presbyterian College is 22-20 overall and 8-7 against Big South competition; however, the Blue Hose boast only a 6-6 record at their home park.
